In New Zealand, you will recieve your order within 3 working days. However, it usually arrives next day.

For international destnations this entirely depends on where you are and the complexity of the logistics involved. However, 90% of our orders arrive within 14 days. Please understand that you are ordering from a business located in New Zealand and it can take time to arrive.

Rest assured, we include insurance and tracking as standard via DHL Express for all international orders for your peace of mind. So you can keep informed where your delivery is at all times.

We ship domestically in New Zealand using NZ Post. However, for international shipping, such as to Malaysia, Vietnam or European nations, we use DHL Express. A tracking number for your delivery will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched with our courier. 

All of our colostrum products are created, packaged and shipped directly from New Zealand. This means we can 100% Guarantee it’s quality! You will only recieve the finest New Image products from us.

Our colostrum is ethically sourced from grass-fed cows in New Zealand. It undergoes low-temperature processing to preserve its nutritional integrity.

Yes, all our products undergo rigorous testing for purity, potency, and safety. We comply with all New Zealand food safety regulations and international standards.

Please login to your My Account page and update your address under ‘Addresses’. This will update your address for any future orders, however, if you have already ordered with us and wish to update your address before dispatch please call or email us for support immediatly.

Due to their nature and our inability to confirm whether they have been consumed or contaminated, unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds. In some cases we can provide store credit to be used for the purchase of products with us but this is discretionary and all sales are final.
